Tristan Corrin is the Senior Sales Manager at AutoLeap. Previously, Tristan worked as the Sales Manager of Core National Accounts at GreenSky.

With a background in chemical engineering, Tristan is able to give a unique insight into business operations and provide a methodical approach that has proven successful time and time again.

Tristan led the department through a Series A funding round of $18 million with Bain Capital Ventures and has surpassed goals at every opportunity.

Tracy Capriotto is the Director of Content and Producer for the aftermarket premier podcast, Remarkable Results Radio Podcast, and the Aftermarket Radio Network. She has been in the podcasting realm for 4 years and works with her father, Carm Capriotto.

Tracy received “Best Media Outreach to Female Audience” Automotive Communications Award in 2022 by Women in Auto Care for her first solo podcast episode. Tracy is involved in various networking groups and travels to industry events, producing podcasts and supporting the goal of Advancing the Aftermarket.

Stephanie Soh is the Director of Customer Experience at AutoLeap. Previously, Stephanie worked as the Senior Manager of Implementations at Greenhouse Software & FieldEdge prior to that.

Stephanie has leveraged her extensive project management and implementation experience to build a best-in-class onboarding experience for our users.

Amber is the Senior Manager of Events and Strategic Partnerships. Previously, Amber worked as Global Events Manager for a Nasdaq Company. With a background in psychology, Amber brings a unique insight into business relationships and provides an approach that has helped to build AutoLeap's profound presence in the industry.

Kyle is currently the SVP of Finance, Product, and Operations at AutoLeap. Kyle was previously the Director of Finance and Operations at HiMama and served as Director of Customer Success at FieldEdge prior to that.

Earlier in his career, Kyle was an investment banker at BMO Capital Markets and a Private Equity Associate with Highland Creek Partners. Kyle holds an HBA from Ivey Business School.

Kyle has spent the better part of the last decade building software for small business owners. His passion for helping small business owners stems from an early age, having spent much of his youth in his dad's picture framing shop.

Rameez is the co-founder and co-CEO of AutoLeap. An accomplished CEO with over a decade of experience under his belt, Rameez has a proven track record of leading companies to success.

Currently, Rameez works as a lecturer at the University of Toronto, a Managing Director at Highland Partners Creek, and a director at family-owned Synergy Corporation. Previously, Rameez worked alongside co-CEO Steve Lau at FieldEdge, a vertical SaaS application in the HVAC space.

Their success in the business world has earned Rameez and Steve recognition by big names, such as Forbes and TechCrunch , who have praised the duo for their drive to empower small businesses.

Rameez graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Steve is the co-founder and co-CEO of AutoLeap. Recognized in Canada’s 40 Under 40 and honored as EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Steve is an experienced CEO with many accomplishments to his name.

Hari Challapalli is currently the VP of Product at AutoLeap. Hari was previously the SVP of Product & Analytics at Mainstay. Hari has over 15 years of experience in creating & leading B2B SaaS products across multiple verticals including ERP/Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity & Ed-tech.

Hari loves product management as it enables him to deeply understand customer problems and work with product & engineering teams and cross-functional teams to figure out how best to solve these customer problems using products & technology. Hari derives immense satisfaction from seeing customers use the products his teams have built to drive their business forward.

Over his career, he has built an exemplary record of ideating, developing and commercializing fast-tracked, complex, and innovative software solutions. Hari has a masters degree in engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from Cornell University.

Greg started his business out of his home garage in 2001, has grown the company to six locations in Colorado, and has won the local “Best Mechanic” award 21 times since he opened. In addition, Greg founded the Transformers Institute in 2016, a training, coaching, and marketing company dedicated to helping shop owners transform their lives, businesses, and communities.

G is recognized by the US Environmental Protection Agency as one of the foremost OBD II experts, technicians, and trainers in the country. He achieved National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, won a golden wrench award and is one of 1900 ever to be certified as a “World Class Technician”.

Celena Moore is the owner of Tech on The Way, a mobile auto repair service in Georgia. Her business is committed to providing a stress-free experience while ensuring their customer's vehicles are always ready to drive safely.

Mariajose (Mosé) Barrera is the owner of Mosé Auto in Seattle.

Mosé was born and raised in Guatemala, and has always been a lover of loud engines, motorcycles, hot wheels and speed. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family, and taught herself how to be an auto mechanic. She gained a lot of knowledge working at an auto part store and shop, and later tried her hand in real estate.

After the economy crashed in 2008, she was in a position to start anew. With nothing to lose, she decided to follow her dreams and start her own shop out of her parents' garage. In 2010, she registered as a business "MJ Auto Seattle". She moved to her first commercial spot in 2012, and contracted people to help her do bigger jobs. In 2017, she got a chance to move to a location with more exposure and took it. The shop experienced rapid growth and was rebranded to "Mosé Auto".

She moved to her current location in 2019 after the previous building got sold. It is now 2023 and Mosé has started to sell tires, added an alignment machine, and has found two full time employees who are committed to growing along with the business. She is no longer fixing cars and moving towards the role of CEO.

Her goal is to ensure her community of women and minorities are truly listened to when they seek auto repairs. In addition to treating all customers with respect, the 20-year auto service veteran also conducts classes to teach women about auto repair or to become mechanics themselves. Knowledge is power, Barrera says, and she simply wants to empower her community.

Kent has devoted a decade within the automotive industry to helping shops succeed. His focus has been in operations, process, and time management. He believes our businesses should inspire fulfilling and meaningful lives. Minimalist, family-man, speaker, musician.

Cecil specializes in business systems and processes. He works with business owners, managers and service advisors to learn what they need to become successful in the auto repair industry and maintain that level of success.

Cassie Fields is President at AutoLeap. Previously, Cassie was the CEO for the Field Services Division at Xplor Technologies and the Chief Revenue Officer for FieldEdge and Service Autopilot. She is a Stevie Award winning, tenacious revenue leader passionate about enterprise value creation, cultivating our next generation of leaders and building data-driven, high-performing cultures.

Cassie attended the University of Georgia and is an avid bulldog. She also has the distinct honor of graduating with a certificate from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program. She’s been included in the Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS by The Software Report, Top 100 U.S. Business Leaders by Business Leaders Magazine and won multiple Stevie Awards for her experience in sales, customer service and leadership.

Cassie’s commitment to her business community is apparent in her choice to serve on the Advisory Council of the George Washington University School of Business. Her appetite for self-improvement and meteoric rise fuels her personal success story. But that’s only part of Cassie’s list of incredible achievements. She’s also deeply involved in helping raise the profile of women in business.

Joe has over 40 years of automotive shop owner experience. In addition to being a multi-location owner of one of America’s most successful auto repair companies, he is a graduate of the Automotive Management Institute, an ASE Master Tech, and a recipient of the coveted CARQUEST Excellence Award, and the Putnam County NY Entrepreneurial Award.

He has also served on the Car Care Council, the Tech Net Advisory Council, and the CARQUEST Advisory Council. In addition, he participated in developing the ASE Engine Performance Certification test and is a co-founder of AutoShopOwner.com. Joe is also a monthly columnist for Ratchet & Wrench magazine.

Joe recently sold his company but is still very active in the auto industry. He dedicates most of his time to working with Elite Worldwide as a business development coach, among other duties. As an Elite Worldwide Executive Council Member, he provides his professional insights on the ongoing development of Elite’s services, Quality Assurance Programs, staff and client training curriculums, and the creation of new services to serve the growing needs of the automotive industry.

In addition, Joe presents many AMI-accredited courses for Elite and plays a leading role in developing other services, webinars, and seminars. Joe and his wonderful wife live in beautiful Patterson, New York.

Darrin’s automotive journey began working with his father and brothers repairing Jeeps. In 2003, he started his own auto repair and 4X4 business with a core business philosophy of treating every customer like a personal friend, and creating the best customer experience possible. Darrin’s shop has grown to be one of the largest independently owned auto repair facilities in North America, with customers literally around the world. His unparalleled success quickly caught the attention of the industry, leading to features in countless podcasts, national publications, including the cover of Auto Inc. magazine, and speaking at a number of the industry’s largest events.

Darrin was one of the first classes to graduate with an AMAM (Accredited Master Automotive Management) Degree from the AMI in 2017. Darrin’s also a Certified High Performance Coach, and before becoming President at Elite Worldwide, has filled the role of the lead trainer for the industry-acclaimed Master's Service Advisor Program.

Darrin has coached a number of clients to incredible levels and helped Elite grow into the remarkable brand it is today.

Helaine grew up on Long Island, NY, riding horses. She has been working on vehicles since 2004. It snowed in April of 2014 and she moved to Arizona.

In 2015 she moved to Cottonwood AZ and opened 360 Automotive. She has been highly active in local automotive training programs, employing several high school students that have worked up to becoming higher level technicians. Helaine also serves on Cottonwood City Council.

Jeremy is an independent auto repair shop owner, service advisor, coach, and training instructor. He helps service advisors and shop owners get practical results in business and life.

Sara Fraser is a millennial who has a love for life, travel, and connecting with other humans!

She has over 15 years of retail and management experience, the last 6 of them as an office manager for a used car sales and service center. To bring her customer service, marketing, and business knowledge to the automotive industry she joined the team at Haas Performance Consulting in 2018.

Sara loves helping others grow and succeed and is excited to share her expertise on management and social media, her views on how and why the younger generations think and act, and how to work and manage a business within a multi-generational workforce.

Most recently she keeps herself busy helping shop owners find and acquire the best talent out there to fit the culture of their shops. When she isn’t working Sara spends her time attending theatrical productions, music festivals, concerts, advocating for human and animal rights, celebrating life in general and connecting with other people from all over the world.

Chris has worked in the auto repair industry for almost 30 years. He’s a former multi-unit shop owner who has dedicated his life to helping other shop owners turn their shops into high-performing businesses.

Aaron Stokes is a 24-year veteran of the automotive repair industry, who uses his experience to help other auto repair shop owners build successful businesses.

Through Shop Fix Academy, he provides innovative management coaching and training based on the knowledge he acquired growing the automotive repair chains, Eurofix, Autofix & Mike's Automotive.

Stokes created Shop Fix Academy to provide comprehensive training for shop owners delivered through user-friendly videos, conferences, one to one coaching & peer groups to ensure that participants receive maximum value for their money.

Stokes also offers consumers advice on automotive repair through his radio show, “Fixin' Cars with Aaron Stokes,” broadcast weekly on Nashville’s 99.7 WTN.
